I've been buying Mylash for 10 years now, and cannot recommend the product - or the company - highly enough. Having been cursed with naturally short, stubby eyelashes, I tried Mylash out of desperation more than anything else (having not been very impressed with either using false eyelashes or with getting eyelash extensions), and was amazed when it actually worked! You have to use it every day for 3 months to get lashes to their optimum length and thickness (which uses an entire bottle), but after that you only need to apply it every other day for maintenance, which halves the cost. So basically after the initial outlay, it costs around £200 a year to maintain beautiful, long, thick lashes - FAR cheaper than eyelash extensions (not to mention a lot less hassle). The product always gets sent out very promptly when I place an order, and on the one occasion when it got lost in the post (that's once in 10 years), a replacement was sent out immediately. It is also easy peasy and very quick to apply to your lashes. I've been a very happy customer for the past 10 years - big thanks to Dr. Tom and his team!

I’ve been using Mylash for some years now with great success. My lashes are really long and thicker. I stopped for a few months and my lashes went back to their original state, but have returned to their luscious state now I have started using it again.

I ordered treatment from this company online. Got a standard email saying the order had been received and my information would be reviewed by a doctor. Money was taken from my account on 8th June. Heard no more and began to worry this might be a scam. 5 emails sent and one answer-machine message left over the course of a week, and they finally got back saying they had cancelled my order on the 8th, told me they had sent me an email (which I never received), and said they not charged me (they had). Got a refund 12 days after the original payment. Very poor customer service and a worrying time for a week when I thought I had been scammed.

Excellent product.
I have been using Mylash for over ten years and can unreservedly recommend. I have tried cheaper versions but they are no comparison. My lashes are thin and sparse and this helps restore them to their healthiest optimum. Important to continue with regular use for optimum benefit.

Update edit 14/5/2023: This product does indeed and absolutely work. The owner is really helpful and lovely to deal with. My eyelashes in just 8 weeks have gone from gappy spindly short twigs to being so long that I have trouble getting them into my eyelash curler!! They look like extensions when I have mascara on. Really very happy and over the moon!!!

I've been looking at trying to buy some of this product for a while but not been brave enough to try because of the cost and worrying that this website was a scam as it just seems too good to be true especially with the limited availability in the UK, plus there seem to be a few other side effects with it actually being a drug used by the NHS for glaucoma. It's obvious that this product does work as it is a side effect of the drug listed on the NHS website. There did seem to be a few other sources to buy this from for either less money or sketchy looking websites same product different names, but after some research and reading through all the reviews on Trustpilot I decided to bite the bullet and take the risk with some birthday money. I am SO glad I did!!! I can absolutely confirm that this company is NOT a scam. I ordered and after a couple of days of it not arriving got a bit worried wanted to check delivery so I emailed the address on the website. I received a reply next day to tell me when my order would be delivered (I had already received my order confirmation and an application guide) but in the meantime it delivered! I was very relieved I'll be honest!!! Altogether from order point it took four days to deliver. I've started to apply and it's a little bit uncomfy and slightly itchy but that goes after a few minutes. I find the applicators really hard to use as they are scratchy and either seem to leave big blobs or nothing at all, so I started to use the thin brush from another eyelash serum I have used (after washing obvs :) ) and it's so much easier, much more precise and it spreads much more evenly without loads of it going into your eyes. I just tipped the bottle as in the instructions waited for the drip and saturated the brush instead. You only need a tiny bit and you can see how the bottle will last for ages even though it's tiny, so all in all I think this is really good value for money even though the initial outlay made me gulp. My eyelashes have become really sparse in the last few years due to middle aged hormones and it's so sad so I'm really looking forward to some positive results. Too early to tell yet, but just wanted to encourage people who are thinking of buying this product and are not sure if it's a scam or not that it isn't a scam, you really do receive the product you have ordered providing your prescription is approved after filling in the medical questionnaire and that actually even though the cost seems quite a lot, the contents of the bottle look like they will go far. I'll update in a month or so with the results! fingers crossed! Thanks again for approving my order I'm so excited!

I've been using this product on my brows for about 6 years.. it totally saved them, after they mostly fell out during a course of accutane. If you want darker or thicker brows I highly recommend!

I realise I have been using mylash for approximately 10 years. This product really works, but you do need to follow the advice which suggests daily application for at least 4 months, then an every-other-day application to maintain results. My natural lash propensity is for fairly short growth, but with mylash they are definitely longer and fuller. I would recommend; it is an expensive product but I think it's worth it.

I have been using Mylash since 2017 and will. continue to do so! My eyelashes are much longer and thicker; I have even been asked if I have extensions a few times when I have added little mascara. The level of customer service is exceptional and I have been contacted a couple of times by Dr TomWalker to thank me for my continued custom. Needless to say I have recommended Mylash to all my friends!

I used to get eyelash extensions as my lashes were sparse then I read an article about Mylash! Since then I’ve been using Mylash for over ten years and the results have been amazing. It really does work. Last year I was diagnosed with breast cancer and lost all my hair including all my lashes after chemotherapy. The support from the team and a lovely message from Dr Tom Walker helped me immensely and thanks to this product my upper and lower lashes are back to an amazing length and no more artificial ones ❤️

I started using Mylash in 2018 and it is great. Within a month of starting to use it I saw a noticeable increase in the length of my naturally stubby lashes.
Also they look thicker and darker, just like it says on the Mylash website.
Now my eyelashes are so long I have to use an eyelash curler to keep them under control!
Prior to finding Mylash I had tried cheaper products that I bought on the high street but they just didn’t work like Mylash.
As well as selling a great product, the customer service is great, any questions you have they always reply quickly, and every order I have made arrives really quickly.
There was a period a couple of years ago where I didn’t use it for a few months and my lashes did lose length so it is important to keep using it once you achieve the effect you want.
I would say having long dark natural eyelashes is the best thing you can do to help you look your best without makeup so I will definitely keep using Mylash!

I’ve been using the treatment lotion from Mylash for a year now. My lashes are so much fuller I no longer wear mascara. I’ve also been using the lotion on my eyebrows which became thinner after I was diagnosed with a low functioning thyroid and they are so much improved. I can’t imagine ever stopping - perish the thought!

I started using mylash during Covid for zoom meetings. Sice lockdown ended, I've continued to use it and love the look. I'm in my 60s and find the longer and thicker lashes give my face a more youthful appearance. You will not regret using this product.

I decided to treat myself and try 'My Lash' in July this year.
The result is absolutely phenomenal. Like remembering to take vitamins daily, I persevered even when I doubted.
Oh boy am I glad I did!
My lashes are definitely thicker and longer. I have had a tint and lift, too, which together have enhanced my lashes beyond my wildest dreams. Just like any beauty treatment, you don't have to admit what your little treat was. But, when your friends start leaning in and commenting on how good you are looking, you can't help but feel that lift inside and smile at everyone for the rest of the day. Don't just take my word for it, try it for yourself. Remember, all good things come to those who wait.

I’ve been using MyLash for 10 years, I’m in my 70’s and had miserable eyelashes before I started using it ...it does everything that it says on the bottle! It’s such a natural way to have lovely long lashes that others comment on, as I just hate the sight and use of false ones, so this is a perfect product…oh and the company service and help is brilliant too. So go on buy it you won’t ever regret it

Unfortunately I'm one of those ladies that has not been so lucky with this company.
I placed an order last Thursday. Received the email to acknowledge that fact immediately. I could see the payment in my bank account.
When I had not received the expected email asking questions to confirm the prescription, I sent an email four days later. I did not receive a reply.
I checked my bank account daily and noticed that up until yesterday it continued to say pending, which was a slight relief because up until then, I thought it was a con and I'd been ripped off. After receiving nothing in reply again today, I've checked my account again and the pending has gone and there is no record whatsoever of Mylash on my account. So it looks like my order has been cancelled without any communication as to why.
I suppose I should wish myself lucky that they at least don't appear to have taken any money from me, although I will confirm this with my bank. However, I will not place another order as I do not feel they are a company who can be trusted. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and I'm wondering if the positive reviews on here are actually real people.
It's very much a shame as I was quite excited to try it out.

I have been using MyLash for a while and they work wonders. My eyelashes grow and they have a bit of a curl to them now. I have dry eyes so my eyelashes fall out. But using Mylash saves basically saves my eyelashes. I will keep using the product. Thank you Mylash

I am sceptical when so called wonder items appear on line, therefore I was very reluctant to order Mylash.........however I was so WRONG.........this is amazing.....it really does what it says
My lashes as I have aged.....had become sparse and virtually nonexistent.....they are now thick, long and dark....bye bye mascara.....yes it may seem expensive....but a little goes a long way.....lasts for ages.......just be patient.....I apply every night before bedtime...and at first nothing....then magically they just seem to start appearing
My beautician has noticed....no need for lash tinting or lash curlers
Mylash are a genuine and caring company and have answered all queries promptly
I can’t say it’s changed my life......but this lady of a certain age is now fluttering those eyelashes once again and am telling everyone who will listen

I phoned as requested and when I explained I had cancer they where very understanding and helpful
I’ve used the product before my chemo with wonderful results I’m a strawberry blonde so have very fine hair & very fine short blonde lashes This was wonderful people thought I had extensions
I used it during chemo and managed to keep eyelashes upto my 6 month I carried on using it for last 2 months of very severe treatment and they came back at the end much quicker than others in the same boat Just weeks My lashes came back all at the same time so it means I loose them at the same time during natural shedding but this product has helped keep them going I’m on 3 monthly treatments now my lashes are beautiful and long between sessions
It’s fantastic The very small bottle lasts months as u only need 1 drop
