Grab money and do not deliver for weeks
I ordered a watch as a Christmas presents for my son on December 4. The money was taken from my credit card the next day.
The homepage of MyLapel claims that "We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours"..
On December 10. I had still not gotten a notification that my order had been shipped. I wrote an email to customer service and asked what was going on. A few hours later I got a message saying that my order was now under way.
I was, however surprised to learn in the same message that the company does not use tracking when mailing items to customers...
On the homepage the company estimates two business days for shipping in Scandinavia. My order finale arrived on December 19.
Is it all bad? No. The homepage looks cool and my mails to customer service were all answered in no more than 24 hours.
