I purchased a winter duvet very bad decision. That quality was non existent Ishould have made my purchase from Temu. The colour was not what I ordered received teal blue not sage as advertised and had what looks like ink stain on both pillow slips. I wanted to return it to a store but was told on line orders must be returned by post. Donated the cover to Salvos.
I WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
Bought a doona in store only to find out 10 mins later it was $120 cheaper , returned to store to return the doona and repurchase for the lower price , and was told I couldn't return it due to hygiene reasons, I'd only taken it to my car and returned straight to the store at Penrith Westfield's
One bathrobe I got was pretty good, fair quality for the sale price (wouldn't have wanted to pay RRP).
The 2nd 'one size' waffle one was awful. It had a fault on the beltloop, massive massive sizing (way bigger than the XL one I got in a different style) and when tied, was so short at the back ya butt hangs out (I'm 5"3 size 12-14AU)
Anyway, refunds process was an agitating nightmare.
Be aware, they will do the return thing but you need to go through the website form and they're slow as a wet weekend.

I purchased towels online for an in store pickup, when I got to the store to pick them up the colour was different to the photos on the website, so I asked the salesperson if she could do a return straightaway. Apparently not !!! I need to go back online fill out a returns form, get an RA number and then put the bloody towels in the post. What a ridiculous new policy MyHouse and what a waste of resources!!! I could have returned the product on the spot but now due to your stupid policy I'm out of pocket for the postage for an item that is not suitable and you've just created a whole pile of unnecessary work for a pile of other people, resultong in an appalling customer experience ... how are you able to get away with this 😡
I purchased ‘Riley’ sheet set from MyHouse ( operating as Global brands Australia) in December.
I’ve had this brand of sheets before & was very happy with them so I ordered more online from MyHouse.
This new set however has a far inferior quality to them & ‘pilled’ within one wash. They feel cheap & very nasty & they were a fairly expensive set!
I’ve sent several emails to The company via PayPal but as yet have not heard a thing.
I’ve now escalated the complaint to PayPal so see what ,if anything, happens.
Poor quality product but even more poor form from MyHouse!!
I made my order 4 business days ago, but my order has not been dispatched, and support is not answering the second day. No any updates or whatewer I have no idea when my order will be delivered but i need it.

I ordered a quilt cover online on 27 Oct,19 Delivery was advertised 3-4 days. Still not arrived 10 days later. They don't reply to emails or answer either phone numbers advertised. Today i phoned the Hornsby store - out of frustration and worry - and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful store manager, Anna, who explained they were extremely busy and promised to find out what has happened within 2 hours. Within that time i received an email advising the item would be delivered tomorrow. Thank you Anna.
