Very easy to book break when using a gift voucher
I use the website a lot to book breaks as easy & mainly payable when you arrive at your hotel. Easy to cancel if necessary as I've done once & not hit by a crazy penalty
I also sing your praises to others all the time due to excellent service & great prices

No heating in room
No heating in room, window when shut had big gap. Dinner was not very good, served items that was wrongly described, ordered a prime rib burger, got an old bit of burger that your local burger van would have been embarrassed serving. This was a treat for my wife’s birthday, a total disaster.

I recently made a booking for the…
I recently made a booking for the Pitlochry Hydro Hotel. On the day we were leaving to drive to the hotel. I by chance looked at my booking. To my horror my booking was for the day before. The fault was all mine. I phoned the company in a panic. How my panic was handled was second to none. I was immediately put at ease . They took care of everything.They contacted the hotel and everything was sorted. By the time we got to the car to start the journey I got a call to say it was all sorted: we could start our 3 day break from the Monday till Thursday with no change in the cost.
Fantastic if only every company provided customer service to this level.
Ps Pitlochry Hydro Hotel were fantastic as well
