I posted on a previous rant that I did not received my items. 2 days later I received my items and they sent me another order free of charge. I was made whole and without any fuss. They rushed the new order and I see customer service is at the top of their list.

Life-saving drugs!
I have a friend who had to get a major operation where she couldn't swallow for a month, then had her gallbladder removed, and now her pancreas has failed, greatly reducing her quality of life.
Instead, with the same problem, I got a simple medication from MyGenericPharmacy, and my life has been fine for 10 years. They are a godsend!

We did try delivering your order but,
your order has been held by German customs.
Pls. understand, we have no control over customs process, the customs seizures are random in nature, and this is true for all overseas pharmacies. In such cases we either refund or re-ship your order.
We have refunded your order payment in full.
