Bought a band as a christmas present. Leather.
2 months later the leather ripped.
Asked for a replacement, was told they could not judge the condition and it was wear and tear.
Replied asking them to reconsider. heard nothing back. Probably should have checked hear first.
I ordered a band from them >2 weeks ago. They said there was a stock issue to start with. Then I was assured that it would be dispatched a week ago.
I have heard nothing, no tracking information.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY BEFORE YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY.
I wish I’d have searched them on trust pilot first.
Update now the 15/04 with no band, still ‘awaiting restocking’ however you can still buy them online.
Bands do not fight correctly to watch keep falling off if wrist bent or under pressure do not buy
This website is a scam. Be very careful of small prints on the page because yes, return is possible but if you don’t like the quality, you have to pay back the shipping and they’re located in France.
I also have to pay 20$ CAD for the custom !!! It was not mentioned on the checkout page.
I live in Australia so would have never ordered from this company, as they are based in France, if I had realised they were not an actual Garmin company. Delivery was terrible, took over a month to get here and when it did arrive it does not fit my Garmin 245. Communication has died now that I have received goods, they will not answer my emails, disgusting service and should be reported.

It said it was a UK site but then I got charged £53 by customs and a delay of two weeks. There is no way to contact customer help. All dead links. Package came from France.
