I received damaged goods in a box that smelled of fish and incomplete goods.
The order was for 4 bottles of Mogen David red wine
Concorn and one bottle of Carlo Rosso white wine. I received 2 bottles of red and one of white... One was refunded and 1 was not... I will never order anything from you again!!!

My order was missing an item
My order was missing an item. I asked for a refund. No one got back to me. Then I got a promo email from them so I asked again for a refund, they apologised and said they will sort it. It had been about 2 weeks now and no refund.

First of all, thank you for shopping with us!
We took notice of your feedback and contacted you via email straight away to clarify and reconfirm the refund was issued and we shared all the transaction (refund) details, technical details and everything relevant that you can take and challenge your bank with. You, however, did not respond to our email.
The refund was processed and issued in 24 hours.
We also explained to you that, depending on whom you are banking with and the country of origin of the card issuer, it can take a lot of time for a refund to reach your account, because of your bank's policies. They withhold the funds, not us.
For example, it took 2 months for a refund to reach a card that was issued in Ukraine and that has nothing to do with us and everything to do with the policies of the issuing bank.
If you need any further help, we are more than eager to continue to assist you. Simply reply to our email.

You have packed heavy jars on top of fragile biscuits - hence ruined them all as they were all broken and crumbled

We're a little surprised to note that you did not receive your order; your order was placed on 6th and we shipped on 8th with Royal Mail. You should receive automatic email notification about the progress and whereabouts of your parcel from both ourselves and Royal Mail. If you did not see any, may you please check your spam/junk folders?
For a reason unknown to ourselves at the moment, Royal Mail did not honor the delivery time frame of the service we booked, which is why you are experiencing a delay in receiving your parcel, for which we can ever apologize!
Promptly, we are launching an investigation with Royal Mail and will communicate to you directly the outcome of it.
Like being on holiday
This was my first purchase with MyFooDen, and it was a great experience! Everything arrived thoughtfully packed and still chilled, and it has been fun learning about and trying out traditional European foods that you can’t otherwise get anywhere in the UK! It’s like being on holiday!
