My Food Bag Omdömen 

Week by week the standard of produce, meal ingredients is noticeably dropping. Basically I would calculate I am over paying for a much lower quality than when I first began with My Food Bag. Some ingredients & produce have to be binned as not suitable for cooking. I most definitely could shop wiser elsewhere.

Six weeks and going strong.

From the first meal we had to the last one we had last night to our next one tonight, it continues to impress us. From the quality of food and fruit to the simplicity of the meals and preparation to the logistics of it all taking out the burden and stressors of having to decide what's for dinner.

We love bargain box. It makes us eat healthier than we ever have before and we are saving money by not making heaps of supermarket trips throughout the week

Terrible experience, I got told I have to pay for meals I didn’t select because their cut off time passed while I had a query with the help team about changing my address. Then it subscribed me for 12x meals per week and they say I can’t cancel. It’s terrible. I hate this company they are awful to deal with. I would never use or recommend them ever!!!!!!!

My first delivery the courier left it on the other side of my gate out of site not at my front door as requested. I called My food bag and let them know. No follow up from them.
2nd delivery was delivered to my front door. The courier asked if my delivery could be another day as his van was full. Went to cook my final meal. Three of the vegs items in the recipe were rotten and had to throw them out. Called my food bag told them they are putting a credit for the 3 items. Mentioned to my food bag I may have to find another food service. She just said OK. But I could call back if I needed anything else. No customer care ! I guess I'm just a number.
I have a disability hence getting food deliveries.
On a good note the recipes are very tasty

Avoid myFoodbag at all costs, they may well show one price / discounted price and then charge you the standard rate, prevent you from cancelling and deliver anyway. Cause a lot of stress. Not just my experience, see the other reviews with similar issues. Recommend you stick with the supermarket.

This company refuse to unsubscribe me...I am sick of the incessant emails...I had to do this, so this spam driven company would stop...disgraceful corporate behaviour and zero social concious... this has been ongoing for months

You don't seem to get it. I don't want the order. Card declined. You chose to carry on with the order. You seem to desperately want to make sales... this is happening to lots of peopel. I know people who use different cards that they only put money in when they want the food, but you don't seem to get that or.listen to the feedback. If yoj are that flexible allow people to work with you with their resources. Stop hiding behind "we are helping people. You are ripping people off

I would score zero but not available. Just a scam. The payment got declined and I emailed to ask not to send the food but they are apparently still sending. They just force their food down people's throats. Apparently people are to busy to chose what meals they want so MFB does it for them... the opposite can happen too - people are too busy to skip delivery. Declined payment should be strong enough signal that the delivery is not wanted. And I agree, they are hiding behind names like Customer Love - there is no love in the interactions with this team

Roast Lamb and Roast Chicken dinners. Both - the meat was tough and had little flavour. Will NOT reorder.

Lots of variety and easy healthy recipes. Easy to order of course there are always the bonus specials as well.

The meals are so fresh and tasteful, the price is very affordable for our family of 4. We just love our Bargain Boxes.

We had a fortnightly delivery set up with MyFoodBag (which, TBH, was pretty average and extremely poor value for money, so we were about to cancel).

I had to update my payment information because my card had been stolen. When I updated the information, their system (or dodgy UX flow) opted me in to an extra delivery. MyFoodBag customer service has timestamps that show that I updated my payment information and simultaneously opted into the unwanted delivery, which seems suspect.

(Incidentally, their UI is pretty sleazy: there is no confirmation screen for opting in to a delivery, but there is for cancelling one).

I noticed the error after their 'delivery cut off' but got in touch with the customer service team to get it cancelled and refunded. They wouldn't budge — apparently it's with the courier (and given that it isn't being delivered for four days, I guess that tells you how fresh their food is).

Looking at their stock price, I guess they need the cash more than I do.

We used to use My Food Bag a lot. Then as our circumstances have changed its not affordable full price, so we'll dip back in when the sale bags come up. Over the last year or two each experience has just gotten worse with items missing. The odd sauce packet would be inconvenient, but then whole packs of meat started being missed out of the bags.
I now believe those sale bags are intentionally incomplete. I don't usually complain, I did once meat was missing and they refunded me.
This last time, 2 of the 5 meals had no meat and I've been arguing back and forth for about ten days. Been told I would get refunded and it's just not appearing in my bank account.
I honestly believe they've just become a bit of a scam.
If you're a struggling family it's not worth the risk. If you can afford to lose money or have funds put aside to replace the most expensive ingredients then maybe it's for you.

Really efficient to deal with. Makes life easier during the week.

Bargain Box is by far the best meal box. The vegetables are fresh and plentiful and the meat is good quality. It tastes like home cooking. The meal choices are family friendly and while there isn’t the same selection as other boxes, the options are ones that everyone loves.

So far no issues with delivery or content in the boxes, food choices are great with awesome selection.
Just one thing that sometimes the vegetables are a bit sad looking at start of week and don't make it til end or they not lasting a week, but mostly we are really enjoying the convenience and healthy options we are creating

Reliable and value for money. Have some excellent offers. Still wish that default setting was weeks were skipped and then you can turn on for the weeks you would like to have the meal kit.

Love the ease of the deliveries and the recipes. The meals are delicious but do become a little repetitive with a lot of salad. My only negative would be the packaging.. the boxes are too big for the amount of contents and it's really frustrating that they don't accept the boxes back.. my recycle bin isn't able to keep up with the boxes :(

Food and recipes always great. Some meat could have a slightry longer shelf life but hey meant to eat it in a week anyhow.
