I recently sold my property through My Fast Sale, and overall, I had a very smooth experience. From the initial contact to the final sale, the process was straightforward and handled professionally.

Their team explained everything clearly, gave me a fair cash offer (which I expected to be below market value), and stuck to the agreed timeline. I appreciated that there were no hidden fees, and they covered the legal costs, which made things even easier.

The sale was completed at the price and timeline agreed upon as they promised. This was a huge relief, as I needed a quick sale due to relocation pressures.

I would recommend MFS to anyone who values speed and certainty

This company need to be FAR more transparent about how they operate. I believe they are deliberately opaque about their processes in the exact way that other negative reviews describe. They are NOT cash buyers. They want a 30 day agency period to re-advertise your property. They need to find a buyer because they do NOT have their own cash. Be very aware these are middlemen. Just save yourself the bother and drop your price with your normal agent.

The company was recommended to me by a family member, but I was concerned by some of the reviews. I really just wanted my property sold before the new stamp duty increase. We did have a few teething problems with the solicitors, but it all went through in the end. I didn't quite get the price I was hoping for but they they paid me the price I was offered initially. I would recommend the company, but you have to be on top of everything.

Money in the bank ! I sold my house with My Fast Sale and everything went exactly as they said it would, I agreed a fair price and that didn’t change.
They chased the solicitors and took the stress out of everything, I didn’t have to pay legal fees or worry about the process. Just sit back and wait for the completion date to be confirmed.
Everything ran smoothly and seamlessly, if I asked for an update they were quick and responsive, highly recommend the whole team

I was on the market with two agents before MFS but these guys were the ones who got finally got the sale.
The experience was a good one and I would use them again.

I would recommend, offer agreed within 48hrs and they did not try to lower it. Top communication throughout from the team kept it a stress-free sale. Thanks for your help

Rubbish. They do not buy your property which is what they say they will do. We will be going back to a proper estate agent not some poor imitation. Don't bother with them.

They do not have buyers lined up and will just advertise your house like any normal agent.

I have never sold like this before but i contacted MFS about selling my house this way, I agreed the price i was happy with & Jason took care of the rest! He and the team kept me updated they managed the timing with my onward purchase for me chasing the the solicitors and agents which took the stress out of the sale.
Jason was always on hand to answer my questions, which i had many initialy !
House sold now job well done thanks guys for all the help and support

Great team, My Fast Sale were great to deal with from the start. We spoke with a few companies but Jason and the team managed to find us a buyer where others had failed and in the time we needed it done. The team kept us updated and dealt with all issues in a timely manner.
Couldn’t ask for more and now we have the home we wanted. Thank you!

Selling with these guys was a breath of fresh air. Different to going with an agent but stress free, Jason and the team were there to assist all the way through even when we had issues with out purchase.

Extremely inefficient! Misleading and unprofessional! Very poor at returning calls and after 28 days make excuses and do not buy your property! I wouldn't recommend them sadly. I did a better job myself!

Having been messed around by local estate agents trying to win the business and wasting weeks on the market Jason was a breath of fresh air. Straight talking no pressure gave me a price, I had to think about but I’m glad I took it rather than months with the house hanging around on the market and time wasters. I didn’t have to chase up the solicitors for updates the My Fast Sale team pushed it through quickly.

Decent offer made for my property, but I did have some questions, and despite email after email, still no answer. Just computer generated letters. Pretty poor service. After a promising start, I totally lost faith in them.

Great Service. Jason was clear about how the service worked from the start and assisted us throughout the process. Everything was sorted in a month and we have now managed to sell our property and relocate to our dream home

They will send you a 'Cash Offer' and a form saying it is subject to a visit and make you take off the market with your Estate Agent. After the visit they then contact you to say they can proceed and put it out to investors and ask you to sign in with them (I'm not stupid enough to do this). It isn't a cash offer at all and they have no funds, they are just middle men trying to take you out of the market while they attempt to sell your house. No better than dropping your price with a local Estate Agent, total waist of a week and now I have to put it back on the market.

Everything was clear all the way through the process and timed perfectly for my new house, saving me months with an estate agent, mortgage payments and loosing my retirement home.
