DID NOT LIKE IT
My computer is slow than it was had more problem than before. They said II had 30 Days to cancel and it was only 3 so cost me $175,00 and then $100.00 to get out of it. Not sure if it came from the computer or how but some one charged on our credit card with in the week.

You were offered a free month for joining. The agreement was read to you and electronically signed. The agreement stated the early termination fee of $100 if the account was not cancelled in 3 days. You purchased the service on January 1, 2015 and used it often until January 15, 2015. All reports ended with your satisfaction. The next call we received was on February 2, 2015 requesting to cancel. You expressed you were still experiencing some difficulties and we offered to reconnect. Not being very tech savvy, I was surprised at charge; worse at monthly fee.
I have nothing to compare with on-line but didn't need the anti-virus, have no idea what orange money is and sorry I ever clicked on website. I accept that it was 75% my fault - never again.

a waste of time and money
I feel I was told I could stop service any time I wanted. My fast PC says I must pay a $100.00 early termination fee. I refuse to pay.

we had to call twice and both times we felt that we had made new friends.
my computer is doing a great deal better.
we found the taking over our computer very interesting.
We have a couple of little problems that we will cll a soon as something else comes up.

All of our one-time services and membership packages have a 2 week warranty. Unfortunately, we do not have any records of you notifying us after September 29,2014. At first I was very leary of the call I got since I thought I was contacting Hotmail directly..........after several discussions with the techs and staff, especially Jared Moss, I was completely comfortable and hopefully all the issues are resolved. Right now, I'm completely satisfied.

The personnel was most helpful and reassuring that the major problems and others effecting my computer were removed and I feel relieved about some of the pop ups that were foreign and scary to me! I was also pleased with the answers to questions I may have had

Excellent service with good explanations and pro attitude and concern.
I was pleased with Cameron C and Jared Moss for their professional approach and attitude with my problem. I believe that Jared performed well with the clean up of my computer. I was very pleased with the time he took to explain thoroughly the steps he performed to fix problems and did the cleaning of threats. Their help was greatly appreciated and yes by all means I would recommend this program to others. Thank you
