Ho scaricato a novembre l’ app pagato 2,99 e subito dopo richiesto l’annullamento dell’ abbonamento. Esattamente il 24 novembre.
Sulla app risulta annullato e vi è scritto che non avrei più ricevuto alcun addebito, invece Continuano ad arrivarmene di 29,99€ ogni mese. Mi rivolgerò alla polizia postale .

I had a debit on my account with this app which I wasn't aware of because I had cancelled my subscription, I contacted them and they where quick to resolve my issue straight away and refunded my money the next day. Thanks for your help guys. 😀

I have emailed many times and with no response. Its saying I can't log in because my account doesn't exist but when I enter my email address it says that I cant use that email as there is already an account. Absolute scam just want to cancel my subscription.
