Family Outings North East Omdömen 

We done 1night and 2days at Lego land. It was absolutely amazing. Leanne looked after us amazing on the bus and had lots on information on the park especially the Lego land app that was really helpful and place to eat around the hotel where we stayed. Bus was lovely and clean cold and hot drinks served, and USB points to charge iPads/phones/tablets.

Really helpful allways asking everyone if want drink when was on bus on way there and back when I whent to blackpool with them

Myself, partner and our five year old daughter had our first trip with Family Outings over the May half term, to a theme park in the Netherlands. From initial contact and booking to the end of the trip I cannot fault this company. The coach was clean and comfortable with a toilet. Children get a kids pack with crayons and an activity book at the start of the journey. There were around 100 people travelling so you do expect some slight delays, but when this happened we were always kept in the loop so we knew what was happening. The business owner, Terry, and his young family are lovely, genuine people, and just the type of hosts you want when travelling with young children as they’ve been there / done it themselves. I’m sure we’ll be back for another European trip in a year or two. Only wish they were closer to us so we could take advantage of the day trips on offer too. Keep up the fantastic work!

We had an amazing time visiting Eftelling park with the Family Outings team.
Me and my family have enjoyed loads of trips with the company.
This one the longest of six days from start to finish.
The most important thing we love about Terry Leanne and Lindsey aswell as the drivers is you never feel on your own.
The staff are around checking in with you and making you feel safe.
This trip was no different.
We tend to meet the same people on the trips so what does that say?

Efteling is beautiful and we felt different in some ways to DLP (we love Disney) but this place is enchanted ✨️ its a must to visit.
Our family will definitely be visiting again and of course not without Family Outings North East.

Just got back from Bruce Springsteen at Sunderland we stayed in Middlesbrough and used family outings, coach looked and felt brand new and there was hot and cold drinks available.very pleasant host and driver and if I lived in the north east would consider using them for some of the excursions

Overall a very pleasant and professional experience. The only issue experienced was leaving the car park at the end of the event. Sat on the coach for over an hour waiting for the barrier to be lifted. Not sure how much impact the driver and guide had over this, but I felt more could have been done to resolve the matter. As a result didn’t get home until 2am! Although volume of traffic and crash on the A19 didn’t help either. I would use your service again, but maybe ensure the parking location chosen can be exited when required. Thanks.

Went to see the Boss Bruce Springsteen play in Sunderland.
What can I say the coach was top notch, the facilities on board were fantastic and the fun friendly atmosphere with a themed soundtrack made our trip perfect.
Family outings north east are our families go to events traval and adventure days provider.
Can not rate highly enough

Absolutely love going on day trips with these lot.
Nothing is ever a problem and you can always guarantee a laugh with the hosts.
These truly are a God send when it comes to getting out for days away

When we first got on the coach it set off travelling and I didn't have a seat until the hostess sorted this out, it was difficult been stood in the aisle while the coach was travelling.
Thank you for your reply but I can assure you the coach was moving while I was stood in the aisle

Had a lovely day at gullivers land. Staff on the bus were amazing colouring books given out to the kids was a brilliant idea and the Disney movie.

Great for families with additional needs.

Went to Blackpool zoo 4/4/24 then Blackpool the following day first time we used this company was outstanding service Terry the host was amazing very informative throughout the break Chris the driver was very friendly too,nothing was to much trouble when asked anything,very clean and comfortable coach great to see they had tv with dvd,s to keep the smaller ones entertained,will definitely be useing this great company again and will recommend to friends and family not to mention great prices too keep up the good work Terry and Chris.

An amazing trip to London and Harry Potter Studios over half term. Lovely guide, knowledgeable driver. The whole experience was fantastic, highly recommend!

We have just returned from the Harry Potter studio tour..an excellent trip, Lyndsey was friendly & welcoming and always there making sure people were ok for drinks and there to answer any questions. There was plenty of time to go sightseeing in London & 5 hours to go round the Harry Potter studios before the crowds..Jason the driver was like a proper tour guide of London pointing out various historical places and information & facts. We have been on a few trips with Family Outings but this was our first overnight stay and it did not dissapoint..I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly be using them again in the future...
