I didn’t receive my order
I didn’t receive my order. I was sent an email saying it was undeliverable, clicked on it and it was delivered to somewhere that was definitely like where I live. No money back!!!! Shame really as I used to buy their products from Poundland.

Disgusting service
Disgusting service ordered x3 lots of a bundle set when they arrived one was completely soaked through they had not secured any of the lids at all so of cause they tipped and spilled but showing them the photo and video evidence from the soaking wet boxes and the liquid floating about in the bag that was in the box, their not bothered palmed it off as responsibility of tiktok when its incorrect as they are the seller and is their responsibility, but have refused any help, wont be ordering again and have also logged this with consumer rights/trading standards as fabulosa clearly don't know their online buying laws as they should do. Avoid unless u want ur products spilled all over and want to pay for that privilege of it, the date of experienced was actually 26/06/26 when they arrives in a state but ive put today date as thats when the vulgar fabulosa contacted me back.

Great products at a great price however the delivery was late so contacted customer services to chase up, it took them a week to respond in that time the order was delivered, hence the 4 stars

Extremely slow in shipping, delivery and customer service response
The 1 star is for the items which always smell good, however time and time again I have to wait a long time to receive my orders. Every order I have ever placed with them is always extremely slow in shipping. Customer service response is also extremely slow and usually respond after the problem has been sorted.

I won’t buy anything else..
I buy Fabulosa bundles off tiktok and when I say they are amazing it is not an exaggeration. The power of the cleaners, the scents, the effectiveness of the fresheners is off the scale. I won’t buy anything else now for my household cleaning and freshness

Update : a terrible first response from the customers offering absolutely no information as to when my order will even be sent!!
Scammers I’m starting to think steal your money and supply any goods - the site says free next day delivery if you spend over £25 which I did and still not even sent! Or responded to questions or answered the phone 😡

They are only down the road from me I’ll ending driving down to see them!!! Absolutely fuming!!

The Electrify air freshener not fit for purpose.
The Electrify air freshener refills are not fit for purpose. They work until the canister is down to about 25% then just stop working. I now have four of these with the same problem. Add the four together and it is roughly one full canister. I wont be buying any more.
I received a reply asking for further information. I forwarded this and got an automated email saying responce in 48 hours. Now 11 days and heard nothing. Avoid.

I now have six of these all with the same problem. Still no response from customer services after 17 days. Wish I had never heard of Fabulosa. My advice
Avoid Avoid AVOID.

Yes was pleased with it but I had vanilla in with the oud fragrance so that wasn't advertised!

Everything you could possibly need my home smells amazing and the doggy pee eliminator does exactly what it says it eliminates and our pooch is 14 so he's like a leaky tap. Came so quick nicely boxed will be ordering again and again and again
