Je viens d'acheter chez eux une Patton et je ne peux que les féliciter pour leur qualité de service : j'ai demandé plusieurs fois à changer la suspension car je n'étais pas certain de vouloir du 62 ou du 66 lbs, et ils ont à chaque fois été très réactifs ; idem pour les échanges que nous avons eu par mail pou lesquels j'ai toujours eu une réponse très rapide même après réception de la roue. J'ai demandé à ce qu'ils corrigent la facture de façon à préciser que le véhicule répond aux exigences légales concernant les EDPM chez nous, et ils l'ont fait très vite.
Je recommande vivement ce vendeur pour son professionnalisme et son accueil, et pour les tarifs très compétitifs. De plus, il est maintenant possible de tester les roues grâce à leur réprésentant en France, qui se montre très disponible.
Je n'ai aucun doute que si je dois acheter une nouvelle roue, ce sera chez eux !!
I've already bought 2 wheels from them (Rs19 and Inmotion v12 HT). Great service and good prices. I had to exchange de V12 and it was done in less than a week, they are very professional. I highly recommend them!
Superkind, fast, efficient customer service. Delivery of the parts I ordered took but a couple of days (Bulgaria > Belgium); no issues whatsoever. Informed about saddle reinforcements (a packet of 4 tiny metal plates + screws) for the Inmotion V11, which they just added free of charge to the order I placed. Which is awesome. Thank you Myewheel! I've bought a Veteran Sherman, and over 2000 km later it died on me. Luckily I was pushing it in my hands when it happened, so, no injuries or damage to the wheel occured. I was sure the motor broke, because even when the power was off the wheel was hard to spin.
When I reached out to MyEWheel, they helped debug the problem. Made photos along the way and concluded that not the motor but the motherboard was in fault.
They sent me a brand new board with heatsink attached, free of charge. After exchanging the faulty part, my wheel is working again, and I'm super happy.
Big thanks to MyEWheel for trusting me, and leading my hand to cure my beloved wheel from this rare disease.

J'ai acheté une RS chez eux. Tout s'est bien déroulé. On a eu des colis bloqués à la douane en Pologne, ainsi qu'un BORDEL PAS POSSIBLE avec une grande quantité d'entrepôts UPS congestionnés à la suite de l'EVERGIVEN bloquant le canal de Suez.
Donc il y a eu des délais supplémentaires.
Mais l'équipe a toujours répondu en quelques minutes.
Ils sont très à l'écoute de leurs clients. Adorables, et précis.
C'est sûr, la prochaine roue, je la rachète chez eux ! (espérons qu'ils aient en vente la nouvelle MSP de chez chicway, voire que d'ici à la fin de l'année, il y ait une nouvelle roue haute performance assez simple à étanchéifier)
Équipe très sympa qui a répondu à mes nombreuses questions (big up à Sandra et Audrey 🤗). J'ai eu à annuler une commande faute de stock et le remboursement a été super rapide !
Gyroroue commandée dimanche soir et reçue samedi matin. Le colis partant de Bulgarie, c'est un délai plutôt rapide (livraison prévue par défaut mardi mais que j'ai pu avancer à samedi via le site de DHL).
Je n'ai heureusement pas eu à expérimenter le service après-vente mais étant donné le sérieux de l'équipe je ne me fais pas trop de soucis.
C'est pour moi le parfait compris fiabilité/prix entre les revendeurs d'AliExpress et les boutiques Françaises ! 👍🏻
