I order Jordans. It looked so good in the picture but when I received it. It was totally fake. The bad thing is that they used a third-party and you cannot get your money back. I would like to get my money back but no they never answer. Really bad customer service. The worst.

I ordered Jordan sneakers on June 24th, and I paid for expedited shipping. Today is August 18th, and I still have no sneakers. Tracking number shows no movement from the post office. I just had a bad feeling from the beginning but I didn't listen to my gut.

If I could give one star, I definitely would. if you are considering purchasing from this place, please change your mind. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life, that is, if you could ever get through to them. They have the weirdest form of communication customers. You have to say your name through a Google and I guess if they feel like picking up they will. I have been waiting on sneakers from this place. Forever and have not received them yet. Do not waste your time with this place. I am warning you.

These people sent my order to the wrong address. The address change to an old address on their website after ordering because I ordered previous. I emailed them in the correct time frame and told them not to ship it there numberous time and pretending they were going to ship it to the correct address and never did. They shipped it anyway and done nothing. I paid $165 for some shoes and will not receive them. Never Ever buy from them!!!!! They don’t care about good customer service!!! They done nothing to resolved the issue or even have a number to contact them. They barely respond to emails. Never Again!!!

Scam is an understatement!!!! I paid expedited shipping and have received nothing except excuses!!! My tracking number says ups is still waiting for the package they refuse to refund ANYTHING! Thank god I spent 60 and not the 140 I was going too!!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS !!! I will be pursing this issue seeeinf how many others had this same issue!

They Stated via email that the item I had ordered was not in stock. When asking for a refund they said it was sent out and would take 3-5 business days; no refund 15 days later. Emailed them to check in on refund status and no answer. NEVER AGAIN.

This is 100% a scam website that sends out fake items. Also got sent the wrong colour item than what I ordered, tried to get a refund due to it being the wrong colour and after back and forth via email with pictures i have been told it's the same as what I ordered when it clearly isn't. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Ordered some shoes 3 months ago. Never got the shoes, on the tracking says it was returned to the sender due to wrong address and they keep stalling with emails saying it’s on the way. Refund asked more than 5 times with zero effect. Do not buy from this website unless you want to lose your money.

The shoes I received were not what they display on the site. These shoes are not black, they are an odd color gray. The other area on the shoe thats is supposed to have a rough texture is a smooth type of fabric material and not like a teenis ball texture. Received an email stating the lighgting in the warehouse made them look different, so they are the correct shoe. Dont buy from here! Manipulative and false advertising seller.

Complete scam. They sent me my pair of shoes a a size and a half smaller than I ordered. I emailed them, heard back from this Oliver guy asking for pictures, I sent them and asked for the return address so that I could initiate the exchange and have not received a response in 2 and a half weeks, maybe 10 emails later. Now on the online chat on the website I have someone saying they will send me a new pair. Again, will not give me a return address, does not have my info, clearly just typing away lies. Do NOT waste your time buying from them.

Everything was fine until I received my shoes, didn’t realize I ordered in UK sizing so the shoes were too big, I reached out for customer support and Oliver Liam said; Kindly let me know the reason for a return to assist you further? which I already did(the shoes don’t fit and I don’t want them after all) but they keep trying to get me to reorder the shoes for 50% off, now they won’t assist me at all, worst customer support experience ever, I thought they cared about customer satisfaction but apparently not, they won’t send me a return label and now they won’t answer me

Order was processed and shipped within a couple of days. A few days later order arrived as described by seller. The product was the best price I could find, and was new in box with all the tag's. Gave them 5 because order arrived fast and the order was what they were advertising:)

yup, its true. This online shop is selling fake shoes.

I got them after 2-3 weeks (as it said when I got the confirmation) and at first sight they looked pretty real. But they felt so fake to wear and it almost hurt walking in them for more than a couple of hours.

Haven't written many reviews, but with this one, I had to inform others.

They take your money but do not provide a confirmation of your order or any tracking details.

If you call them it’s a “Google User” voicemail which goes no where.

If you email them they may reply, though that is only to delay you seeking to cancel the payment whilst the money clears at their end.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Customer service sucks won't cancel an order that has yet to be shipped telephone number doesn't work they are fake shoes made from their factory do not buy from here
