Unfortunately the order got lost in the post but the seller refunded my order straight away no problem
I would use this company again without any hesitation as it was not their fault that the parcel got mislaid in the postal system
So this is why I give 5 stars for their brilliant customer service

Thanks so much for leaving a review. So pleased that you were happy with our customer service. We will always refund promptly if any issues occur and once again I am sorry that your order didn’t reach you. Unfortunately Royal Mail seemed to have problems finding your house which had the same name as a road in your town so they have assumed that your house number is missing. The parcel was returned to us. Best wishes Suzanne
Prompt and so helpful
