Excellent service!
My sister and I approached Suzanne of My Dream Party Shop to arrange balloons for our mothers 80th party. Suzanne was great in helping us to decide what we wanted, explaining our options and making suggestions. The whole conversation was managed over WhatsApp and within minutes I had arranged everything that was needed including making payment. We do not live locally so Suzanne arranged delivery (at additional cost) which was also seamless, Gareth was on bang on time to deliver and helped set up the balloons before he left. Highly recommend!

Hi Sonya I am so pleased that you were happy with our customer service, balloons and delivery for your Mums 80th birthday. Using whatsapp is proving very efficient and helpful for both us and the customer as we can relay information and photos in real time which is much easier than trying to discuss an order over the phone. Hope you all had an amazing celebration and thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. Best wishes Suzanne

Fantastic service
Thanks so much to Suzanne who was so understanding (late pick up) and helpful with colour matching the balloons for our son’s 5th birthday. They ended up matching the theme so well. She also personalised both balloons and added some extra touches which were perfect. This is the second time I’ve ordered and would 100% recommend her services. Thanks again!
