I have read several revues and mine is right in line. 7 months after a procedure I get a bill from these folks for $2000. I have no idea who they are. My physician’s group didn’t alert me to a change. Called my ins company and they didn’t know who the were either. Weeks went by and my ins company told me they were a legit company, but my bill is only $800. I went to my “mydocbill” account and it showed ‘Zero’ balance. I’m going to wait till they turn me over to collection and deal with it then. At best, My Docs and my doc bill’ will only get a portion. Serves them both right.

I would give them -5 if I could. Sent me a bill fir services and hospitalization that never happened. Have been trying to resolve for 6 months. The best I get is "we've asked a supervisor to call you". Still waiting for that call. Takes weeks to respond to email. They SUCK.

Received covered treatment in August 2023. Nine months later we received a statement from Mydocbill billing service for the full amount ($378) informing us that the claim was submitted to Medicare on 4/27/24 & Medicare denied the claim on 5/09/24. The statement indicated Medicare said we are responsible for payment due, (which was immediately). We called Medicare to question the denial. Medicare informed us an incorrect claim was submitted back in 2023 & they asked for a corrected claim & instead of submitting a corrected claim, Mydocbill canceled the claim. Medicare told us no other claim was filed after the initial claim was canceled back in September 2023. I called Mydocbill & asked them for a copy of the April 2024 claim submitted by them & a copy of May 2024 Medicare denial & was told to disregard the statement; they were sending the claim up to the next level to submit a corrected claim. We checked the account a few days later & the balance was zeroed out. We've had several issues with this billing service, so we just have to remain vigilant & scrutinize our records & their billing services. We will be sending the documentation to Medicare for review for possible fraud. The care & services we receive from Tidelands Health Network are exceptional, so we hesitate to look elsewhere. Hopefully, with enough complaints Tidelands Health will find a more reliable & more competent billing service. Just beware & always ask for a referral or confirmation number when issues with this billing service arise.

What is concerning is that I was seen at this urgent care recently so how do they have access to the actual Dr information? The bill they sent wasn’t left at all but the fact that they knew I was there says there is leak in there system

This is a JOKE after many calls i said i want to SEE THE BILL WITH INFORMATION YOU USED TO BILL MEDICARE AND ANTHEM . The account number given to me WAS NOT ABLE TO BE USED IN THIS WEB SITE MYDOCBILL does not have a way to give anything other than the account number DOB

This is a scam. Bad experience. Sending late notices when I have not yet received a bill. The doc visit was a week ago.

After a month's of receiving texts about money owed, I called my insurance provider because the site said that I owed money due to a denial of my claim. She said that she saw no denials on my records and when I pressed and was still confused because some of the claims had allegedly been sent to collections, she called the provider and they had no record of any outstanding balance and told me that they didn't even work with this website. They only use their proprietary patient portal. Do not automatically fall for this scam just because they have the right service dates and information. Always call your insurance and provider to double check.

Absolutely a nightmare. Have been fighting with them for MONTHS over a self pay claim that my insurance was billed on. Have provided financial statements multiple times all they say is… we will send an itemized statement

I agree with most of the reviews seen here. They are definitely trying to double-dip charges against unsuspecting patients. They tried to charge me for an MRI that I had already paid for. So when I sent them PROOF that I had already paid, they said: "Ok. Your account now shows $0 balance. Point is: Had I not been paying attention, and keeping good records, they may have succeeded at double-dipping on this MRI charge. Shameless.

Scam billing via text and postal mail...got mad when i requested a copy of billing..

Texted me a bill for $3500 for an MRI that was already paid through Medicare. I thought I had straightened this out but a month later I received another bill from them. These bills are coming from text messages. When I called my provider, they told me to just ignore them that the bill was paid.

They sent me a bill by text! How did they get my text number? I never opted in. Seems you have to opt-in for paper billing after you get the texted bill. The sent me the bill because they had forgotten to bill the secondary insurance company. Let's see if they get it right.

This is the WORST company with which I have ever encountered.
Mydocbill sent me a bill on Aug 1, 2023, for services rendered by Riverside Radiology and Interventional Associates, and I called and asked them why they did not file an insurance claim. They stated that they did not have any insurance policy number on-file despite all other providers for the hospital visitation already had the information to file claims. I gave them the insurance information so a claim can be submitted.
In Aug 14-2023 I received another bill claiming nonpayment by insurance company. I contacted insurance company, and they confirmed payments to Mydocbill on 7-19-23. Insurance company called the Mydocbill, and they also confirmed $0 balance.
On Oct 09, 2023, I received another bill claiming nonpayment by insurance company. I contacted insurance company Oct 27, 2023, and they again confirmed payments to them on 7-19-23. Insurance company called the Mydocbill, and they also confirmed $0 balance.
On Dec 13, 2023, I received another bill claiming nonpayment by insurance company. I contacted Mydocbill Dec 20, 2023, and they deny receiving any payment or talking with insurance company. I contacted insurance company Dec 20, 2023, and they have contacted the Mydocbill and now Mydocbill cannot find any claim submitted in August and they want to resubmit again.
It seems and is obvious that this company lacks the knowledge and expertise to manage a simple billing transaction.
In addition, it is a shame for OSU Hospital to select a totally INCOMPETENT firm to manage billing at the expense of total frustration of their patients.

Unclear what this bill was for and they would not clarify it or give information about exactly who they were collecting for. COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT PAY

Sent a bill for $6.70. Told them to send me the bill by mail. It took me telling them 3 - 4 times that I would not pay this bill through them and give out my info. Finally received and paid. Then came the text bill was not paid and late. Contacted them again. They wanted proof. Sent them that. Then wanted my account info. Took several e-mails back and forth. Checked my bank and looks like they finally found the payment. Not one word from them that they did locate it. Poorly ran outfit!

They can't get my insurance info right. I have called4 times and my insurance has called them 3 times. Agent barely spoke English. They have transposed letter when directly reported to them.

paid my bill in full over phone. over 400 dollars. two days later 200 withdrawal from my account as well. been waiting 20 days now for my refund even with a case number. totally unacceptable. my bank is involved now. this company just doesn't do as they say. to anyone thinking of paying a bill threw this organization, please don't. fraudulent behavior. just pay threw the original doctor or insurance company

Should be ZERO stars. They keep billing me for an In Network Savings that was contracted between the hospital and Physician group. Sent in Documentation. Tried to email copies again. CORRUPT BILLING COMPANY.

The very FIRST bill I received from this company had FINAL NOTICE and threats to turn the account over to collection. I called them and asked when the 1st statement was sent. They confirm that this WAS the 1st statement, sent on 9/25 for service done on 5/20. They had texted my wife to get payment sent from the texts. I told them that I would not send payment from a text request. I can't believe anyone would! I've had trouble paying other providers through this service and will try NOT use any providers that use them.

Sending a bill that my insurance paid months ago. Sad to think how many fall die their scam.
