Reliable Prompt Customer Support
I purchased Microsoft Pro Plus 2024 about a couple months ago. Things were working great until they didn't. Turns out I didn't fully install the application. None of the MS applications I opened would allow you to make changes to the file. I emailed Mycodes24.com and they came to the rescue right away, and in a few short emails, the problem was resolved. Office 2024 resolution over a year later.
Last year's purchased Office 2024 download and install went flawlessly. Somewhere along the line with a new hard drive and me not being able to log on I inadvertently downloaded 365 and had major issues. Well here we are about 13 months later and I reach back out to the support team at mycodes24. I did have my order number and the license key. David was phenomenal in answering my emails requesting information and responding quickly I was able to uninstall 365 reinstall office 2024 with a lifetime license and even when I ran into an issue, I was provided a new license key code. Absolute awesome deal, even better support and customer service. I will forward slash would definitely use them again. Two thumbs up

Positive experience
I would like to share that I have had such as positive experience with mycodes24.com. I purchased a code via Groupon for Microsoft office which initially I thought wasn't going to work because obtaining Microsoft is very difficult without a subscription. The team provided me with the code and walked me through via email when I ran into issues. I appreciate their prompt response and help throughout the process.

Professionalism
I recently built a PC, and I purchased a product activation key for Windows 11 Home from David. I upgraded a few of my components including my processor, Motherboard and ram shortly after. Unfortunately, the activation key no longer worked since I changed hardware. I reached out to David who responded almost immediately and helped me resolve the issue by offering me another activation key. David is absolutely amazing and his professionalism is unmatched. I will definitely continue to use his services and recommend him to everybody I know!

I was having troubles getting the…
I was having troubles getting the program to fully function, and I now know it was human error and stubbornness on my part. I wish I had contacted technical help, oh, four hours earlier. David sent the info to fix it, and all was golden after that. I'm a diehard Mac user, so I still scream at the clunkiness of the Microsoft system, but I needed Office to deal with my deceased husband's business.

I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus and after 9 months, I was having problems. I contacted Mycodes24's Customer Support and they far exceeded my expectations. I don't think I have ever worked with a Customer Support Department that was so interested in getting me back up and running. It turned out that I had a version of 365 interfering with me accessing Professional Plus. I am far from an experienced IT person but their Support folks took the time to work with me until I was back up and running. This group is TOP NOTCH!!
