Good job...and quick service.

Very poor at explaining what they did. Left to last minute to start working on my car even though I was there when they opened at 8am. Got car back and the paperwork states tyres were rotated which they weren't. Lights on dash still on but not told about them staying on till they sort out the issue. Was told they would order part and now still waiting for call. Got car back at close of business stating at least I have brake lights now. Had they have stated on it earlier when it was dropped off they could have sorted the issue by getting the part during the day. Very poor in my eyes. Paid the extra to have this sorted but still have the problem.

Didn't look after me like grandma in the add.

I booked the tyre and wheel alignment. Also the previous tyres are also changed by them and so they are due for wheel balancing. They only did wheel balancing on the two they changed but not on others covered by tyre life saver programs. I don't know how that works.

The staff were all extremely helpful, I found myself in a difficult situation and they went out of their way to assist me and get things sorted for me.

So beyond grateful for the service I was provided. I had already purchased 4 new tyres in April and just last week went through a very big pothole. Which flattened one tyre. I called mycar Windsor and was asking about the tyres that were taken off my car and if I could get one of my old ones back. I was pretty upset at the thought of paying for another tyre as I am on maternity leave with a new baby. The girl I spoke to (Ruby) was sooooo sweet and let me know that my tyres were under warranty for 12 months and to bring the car in and they’d either fix the tyre or give me a new one. I was in tears. I was so beyond stressed about the situation and Ruby calmed me right down. When I went in a gentleman named Mo helped us and was so great aswell. Such a genuine and friendly guy. When my car was ready to be taken I jumped in to find a block of chocolate and a note telling me I was doing amazing from Ruby and the team at Mycar. I bawled my eyes out. As a new mum it’s hard enough emotionally when nothing is going wrong. But when this happened it threw me for a loop. Thank you so much to Ruby for your thoughtfulness and beautiful heart. I will never forget it. Xx

Always prompt go the extra mile and never overcharged honest to the fault

When I put my car rego in, came up with my car details then a list of tyres available. I choose the cheapest ones, as that’s all I could afford. Once my car was in, I received a phone call saying it would be an additional $60. That $60 was all I had left to feed my children. Why have a website where you can put your car details in, book and pay, than be charged more. That’s false advertising. The lady at the reception had attitude and wasn’t pleasant either.
