I went in for a general service with one request they told me it would be fine for the next service and I had to replace it not long after and since then all sorts of issues have come up that should’ve been checked in the service

I tried mycar tyre &auto mobile service…
I tried mycar tyre &auto mobile service as I was quite busy with my work schedule, paid extra for home visit as usual. Good communication.
After a week I noticed some weird sound coming from steering wheel. So I booked re-inspection of car with mycar, they offered for free, appreciate this gesture. However, mechanic called me and informed me that he noticed this sound from front wheel but did not write this in his report in the first place. Over the phone he offered to write another report that includes this concern so I can go to BYD to claim warranty.
I did not get any report in my email so far.
Not happy with service as to why a mechanic not reporting concerns in car that is only 3 years old, still under warranty.
What if something that can’t be easily identified by other than mechanic may go unnoticed until warranty period ends.

Great service managed to slot me in on a very busy day for a pink slip a few other things needed as well. All done by 11 am.

The guys were great
The guys were great. Stayed lte to finish the work and was particularly pleasedd to see them double and even triple check the work others had done. Also took the car for a run to check all was to be expected. Very happy with them!
