Our vehicle was ready when they promised.Nothing was to much trouble.I am 68 and have been in customer service all my life.The man i dealt with ,from booking to counter service was amazing.He put my customer service skills to shame.If this is the standard you have set ,congratulations,your business will only grow.

Service good, follow up poor
Service good. Customer service good. Just twice in the last 2 services now they haven’t put the wheel caps back on properly and they have flown off within a day. This time it happened to two wheel caps. I called up and they said it seemed odd that it was just my car it happened to. Kind of defeated the purpose of a good service because why on earth would I say they came off if they didn’t. They have never come off when I have put them in. This time all 4 tyres were replaced and 2 came off in traffic and got run over. Twice I’ve had to buy more. No offer to pay for them, just a claim that it never happens to anyone else. It actually does happen and just put them on properly.

When I brought a vehicle in for service l, the team took the time and made the effort to clean out the windshield fluid line which had been clogged. It’s details like this that speak volumes to me.
