Front desk team needs training
It's the way the front desk team behaved. Very disappointing. They need to be trained on how to behave with customers. Very harsh and behaved as if they are providing me a favor. I would rate zero stars if there is an option.

I took my KIA SPORTAGE to Werribee for servicing and was well attended to by LIAM. Very professional, thorough and explained in detail what needed to be done. MyCar sure is lucky to have LIAM in your team. I’ll give LIAM more than 5 stars. He deserves this.
