I always feel taken care of when coming here. Pricing is fair but more importantly you know the cost upfront. Sometimes there are surprises with a service but that's always followed by a phone call to discuss pricing before works go ahead. I've never felt ripped off or condescended to as a woman bringing my car here. Will continue to bring my car here for the lovely customer service and fair and transparent pricing.

made a booking, had to get a my car towed, fantastic service. The boys told me all the pros and cons and what to expect in the repair and maintenance to be carried out. Told me a certain day to pick up the car and everything went smoothly even to the point of having a new part made for the car. Very happy customer.

I have had better experiences with Kmart tyre auto in Warwick WA, that's why I keep coming back to the store for the 5th times.

Efficient booking service, great prices. Quick turnaround and then got my puncture fixed for free!!
Had a crappy week, lots of expenses but to find out i got a free puncture fix because i bought my tyres through here was such an awesome and welcome surprise.

Got my logbook service done, luckily they realised my tyres were cracking and had the correct replacement in stock. They still finished everything in the time frame and I feel safe to drive. Also the warranty for the new tyres is great!

Had a bad experience with a different MyCar business (different suburb). Happy to report that my experience the Warwick MyCar team was heaps better. They were upfront about costs and provided options and advice to highlight urgent items to address. Felt comfortable that the team operated with integrity and professionalism.
