Customer service done right
I've always found the entire experience at My Car Wangaratta to be excellent. From the initial booking, communication along the way through to the work done. Aside from the excellent pricing the standout for me is the great customer service, friendly, humourous and informative, always willing to answer those extra little questions. (And to those who give a poor review to the staff, I'd wager you should probably take a look at your own behaviour or antics).
