The manager of the Wagga store is a digusting human. The way he belittled me on the phone was so unprofessional. Then mycar accepting no responsibility for the car. DO NOT GO TO MYCAR WAGGA! it will cost you more money in the end!

I took my car in for 120000 K service instead of the 120 thousand K service they rang me to say the tyres needed replacing not happy they did a rego check when it’s not needed till December and no service was done on my car when it is due

Firstly
Firstly, I was concerned about the time they took to fix my vehicle. I dropped my car on February 2nd to fix my head gasket. My car was returned on 3rd of May (3 months). Although the head gasket issue has been resolved, I now have an issue with my ignition (takes awhile before car starts) and my transmission which causes a delay when I accelerate. These 2 issues were not there before I gave the car in

I pre ordered my tyres after ‘shopping around’ on line.
The process was seamless.
I was able to book a time that suited me. I was able to pre pay.
The technician who greeted me was friendly and explained how they would communicate to me when the job was finished.
All was done as planned.
Very efficient. Thanks

Thewhole process was hassle free
The whole process was hassle free. I got a text message to remind me about my service, dropped off my car at 8.00 am, another message just after 10.00am that it was ready to pick up, and the office was efficient with the paperwork.

They advised I needed tyres to pass for registration. I took the vehicle to another inspector who passed it with no concerns.
I have heard from other people in the community the same concerns.
