Generally good communication about the service. Time keeping was an issue, the car wasn't ready at the agreed time due to staffing issues where one of the staff had to go to My Car Woy Woy as a member of staff there became sick.

I have a 2012 Toyota RAV4 that had an intermittent starting problem.
Symptoms pointed to the Fuel Pump being the source.
Anton ordered the Fuel Pump and other necessary parts.
He then found that a cable clamp had come adrift and the cable was shorting on the transmission.
He did a temporary repair and insisted I take it to an official Auto Electrician. He photographed the problem, printed that for me and wrote a note.
I have the car booked in mid next week at the Auto Electrician he suggested.
Could not be a better service.

Both mitch and anton were lovely guys, took care of my car for a very fair price compared to other quotes I had. The car was done before the time stated so very efficient and trustworthy work. Will continue to use these guys for my car!!

The guys here are so helpful and friendly, had an issue with my check engine light and a deflated tire and they turned it around so fast. I've come here multiple times and each time they've been great.

Friendly staff, only completing the agreed service and efficient. The price was also reasonable. Much better than my experience last year at your Woy Woy branch. John is rude, tries to do extra unnecessary work and is technically incompetent.

The car was due for a service and booked in at a convenient time. They did what was asked plus a battery check and noted new tyres needed in the near future.

The service at Umina was excellent. Professional, understanding and willing to assist as best the could given how busy they are there.

The Umina Beach branch needs to commended as they were very certious and very much on time with the service. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone.
