The customer service was good
The customer service was good, but after my car was serviced, I saw a cut on the rear bumper of my car, I keep my cars very clean. I noticed the cut on the bumper as I was washing my car at home after getting it serviced, I tried calling mycar Tarneit to provide feedback but couldn't get through to anyone.
Rest the guys were lovely to speak to.

I’ve been coming to this shop for over a year, first to change my tyres and now for my regular car service. Last week I had an issue with my tyre and called the shop. A lovely lady answered the phone, took my details, and within a moment she offered me an appointment in just 30 minutes. She was very nice and professional, which made the whole process easy from the start. When I arrived, my paperwork was already printed and ready.
They checked my tyre and confirmed it was covered under warranty. Josh, the technician, fixed it in less than 10 minutes — completely free of charge. He was very professional, friendly, and made the whole process stress-free.
I really appreciate the efficiency, honesty, and excellent customer service at this shop. Highly recommend them for anyone needing tyres or car servicing in Truganina.
