Very helpful and caring . Had a problem with my car and Kai looked over it to make sure it was safe to drive . I booked it in the following day for a service .Very obliging to help and solve the problems that I had with my car .

There was an unprecedented IT outage but your old and outdated computer system made the experience totally unacceptable. I spent about one hour trying to pay my invoice, not a pleasant time standing there on crutches due to a broken knee.

After the service the wheel alignment wasn’t right on my car and it was heavily pulling to one side. I called them the following day only to be told that they had calibrated the machine wrong and multiple people had that issue. If this was the case why hadn’t they contacted me to check rather than waiting for me to contact them.
Secondly, when checking my engine they obviously emptied the water however they did not refill it so when driving my car two days later the car filled with a burning smell and smoke was pouring out of the bonnet. This is the second time this has happened after getting my car serviced at this location. There is potentially permanent damage to my engine now. This is absolutely unacceptable to have occurred once but now has occurred a second time. I will never get my car serviced at MyCar again.

The service was exceptional. The repo was done and ready for me when I arrived. They also fitted the tyre onto the car and put the spare back under the car. That was well appreciated by myself as my terminal respiratory conditions make the task of changing a tyre virtually impossible.
