The attention to detail, customer focus and transparency make My ar a fantastic choice for of our family cars Good value, when coupled with warranty and additional service perks associated on work and parts as well as tyres, brakes and roadside assistance make them stand out. The staff and management are always so…
The staff and management are always so friendly and helpful.
I am now a regular customer as I found it hard to find a mechanic that was actually friendly.
They always call if they find something that they think shouldn’t wait to be fixed. Otherwise they let me know when I pick the car up and advise why they think needs to be done and an approximate timeframe.
They always provide a very detailed receipt and quotes. Nothing is ever an unexpected shock.

My experience was that the team were great and was ready at the time they said it would be ready. I would also recommend the team to family and friends.

Firm on essentials but respectful of resources
They pointed out what needed to be done at a previous service, giving a quote but not pushing knowing I had limited resources. Once I had the resources, they went out their way to match the earlier quote despite that tyre being no longer available. Very friendly and accommodating
