Maybe the manager should wait till the door between waiting room & service bay is completely closed before telling the mechanic “Just spend 10min under the hood then send her on her way”.

My wife took my $5000 work car to get a normal service,they told my wife that the car needed a pollen filter “worth $49” on a car with 270000 km on the clock, the car only does around 30km a day,2 tyres $95 each wheel alignment $89 all up $791 on a 4 cylinder, then the car wouldn’t start properly when we got it back,took it back only for them to charge me another $758.90 as rocket cover was now leaking into the plugs “wasn’t leaking before” & if so why wasn’t it picked up “because the premium synthetic oil that was put in this $5000 car was thinner,before this car I had HSV Holdens that went to Holden for service & never we’re they this price, all up this $5000 car has cost me $1549 for a service, I couldn’t take the car as I work night shift and I believe they took advantage of my wife & for that reason I won’t be back, had to give a least 1 star “if I had my way it would be 0”

Engine service warning not reset. Brakes felt not to have been checked and nobody could say otherwise. For the price of the service (don’t complete properly) I could have just taken it to Mercedes themselves.

Overall a good experience, the team were helpful and pleasant. I did ask for the spare tyre to be put back in the rack under the car, which they said they would do, but they just put it in the back unsecured. Other than that couldn't fault them.

They did ok job they did what could be done just needs more vehicle brands parts so they can cover vehicles of all brands

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Helpful and I felt comfortable there. Happy with the total price of tyres and wheel alignment and very impressed with the tyre care plan which was explained to me on payment.

Very helpful and they always keep you in the loop with what they do with your car.

When I returned to my car for pickup they hadn;t reset my maintenance metre The mechanic who came out to the car was unsure how to reset it. He changed something then the next time I went to drive it it was back yup on the dash again telling me I needed a service. I took it to Riverlink and they fixed that for me. 2 days later I had a warning saying my Oil was overfull. Once again I took it to Riverlink and they drained out some oil. Needless to say I won't be taking my car back to Redbank Plaza My Car.

This team was so efficient. They were able to get my car fixed and back to me before the long weekend. I had called to enquire, and they were able to get me in the following day. Had trouble booking at their other branch. Thank you guys so much. Keep up the great work in our community :)
