mycar Tyre & Auto - Redbank Plains Omdömen 

I got a flat tyre and took my car to MyCar at Redbank Plains (Town Square) without an appointment. They were friendly, helpful and repaired my tyre at no cost. (My tyre was under warranty, The screw through was not) but still No cost. They went above and beyond, checked all my tyres for wear and air, and this was all done within an hour. I will only be taking my car to MyCar from now on. Thankyou to you all.

I booked an appointment with the call centre and after seeing an ad that said my car mobile tyre fitting $29 per tyre. The lady asked was I supplying tyres and I told her I have 4x secondhand loose tyres that just need fitting. She asked that model then told me it was $49 or $50 a tyre and a call out fee of $50. No worries a bit dearer than the ad but no dramas I booked it in for the following week. I work night shift so I booked the fitting for late in the afternoon between 2-4pm and when I woke up around 12pm to a missed call and a message from the tyre fitter asking are the tyres loose and are they new? I was like here we go so I responded they are loose but they’re secondhand and he told me that he couldn’t fit them a little bit ironic I thought seen as half the world lives in countries with the snow and everyone changes their secondhand tyres every six months, but apparently not in Australia for Mycar. A really poor effort Mycar I will not be utilising your services again.

The employees, especially Donna were very helpful and explained how we could resolve our issue with the Turbo hose in the motor. They managed to fit us in on the Saturday morning to repair the hose and the price was very reasonable!!! We have also bought tyres from them over the past few months at reasonable prices.

Sorry for low rate but i took my car for General Service on Monday and i didn't even drive this car on Tuesday, was drive only around 15minutes from one location to other location, on wednesday morning at 6:10am, when i started the car, i noticed something wrong, i took my car back to mycar, and i had to pay another $902 which i wasn't happy with, how you can take a car in service and the next day you notice any issue.

Have a vehicle thats hard to find parts for and the team not only found them quickly, but installed them expertly at a surprisingly pleasant price.

I have found the staff are very friendly and helpful. I booked in for a normal service and they identified several items that should be taken care of and contacted me and provided estimates giving me the option to choose which to proceed with.

Told they took fleet card. Didn't work and kept getting asked what fleet card even though I told them

Friendly and efficient service, great communication I always knew what was going on. Easy drop off and pickup of vehicle. Special mention for Donna Dix who is awesome and deserves a bonus.

I went upstairs to do shopping to kill sometime when I had enough I went back to sit n wait at mycar, the lady organised one of the workers to get my car done so I didn’t have to wait so long, they also parked my car for me at the door so it was easier for me to get into my car, the reception lady also offered to help me pack my shopping in my car and she also walked my trolly across to the trolly bay for me
Very very thankful for making my life a little easier for me (I am new to this chronic pain lol) mycar always do a great job with my car and the service is friendly and great, I won’t take my car anywhere else

Wonderful customer service and great car services. I've always found them to be fantastic and very accommodating especially when I drop in to have a light changed.

Easy to book and a job well done my car seems like new although it’s 10 years old now! Great job and now I have a local service centre with free road side assist if I need it! Great perk 🙌🙌🙌
