They go the extra mile
Tony and the team seem to keep my not-so-young car performing reliably without always telling me I need a new wangfangle. They communicate well about what I do need and have on several occasions gone the extra mile to keep me on the road.

Overall, it was good, but I have a minor concern.
The front desk staff was great and very friendly, and the vehicle service was completed quickly, so I didn’t have to wait long. Everything was handled professionally, leaving me with a good impression.
My only concern is that after the wheel alignment was completed, my car still leans slightly to the left. I’m not sure if the issue wasn’t fully fixed, as I had booked both a safety inspection and a wheel alignment on the same day. Of course, it might have been fixed, and the leaning could be due to another reason. Since I don’t know much about cars, I can’t say for sure.
Overall, the experience was quite good.

Trust the team completely
I have been taking my car to My Car Randwick for years and I love Tony and his team. They don’t rip you off and only replace things when necessary. As on older woman I trust them completely. Thank you boys.
