I had a flat tyre on my way home with a 60 min drive in front of me. I drive in with no appointment and they kindly saw me immediately. Showed me the nail in my tyre which was irreparableand replaced my tyres on the spot. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Professional, great service.

Kept my car for over a week and everytime I called no one had any idea what what going on. I let them know three hours in advance I was coming to collect my car and they still did work on it in front of me when I finally came to pick it up. Very unprofessional

Excellent customer service. Walked in off the street with a punctured tyre and was seen to straight away. Warm and friendly staff, fair pricing. Just an easy and friendly experience.

Efficient

The service was quick, efficient and straight to the point. The staff was friendly, forthcoming and explained the issue, how to fix it and the cost.

When the system outage occurred on Friday 19th, I was called 45mins before closing time and told if I could not produce the amount (over $800) in cash before close of business I would not be allowed to pick up my car due to store policy. When asked if I could provide the amount via eftpos the next day as these were exceptional circumstances beyond both of our control, I was told no, I would not be allowed my car back unless they got the $800 in cash before closing. I found this really disappointing (and distressing) as I needed my vehicle back as soon as possible. It was stressful and difficult to procure the cash and get to the service centre by public transport by the time they requested.
I was a returning customer at MyCar Preston, and had prior to the service paid the $289 fee online as part of the booking, so the store had my details. I would recommend a contingency plan for the company going forward in the event there are other outages effecting EFTPOS that is not the fault of the customer, as not returning a customers vehicle is a horrible policy. I found it very disappointing that while I still had to hand over the cash, what I received was a note on the back of a business card that the invoice would be emailed when the system was back up. Please see from my perspective that if I am providing a large sum of money in cash, a formal receipt in return would be the bare minimum expectation.

The manager provided great communication throughout the process of getting my car serviced and a few parts replaced. He took time to explain things to me so I understood what was going on with my car.

What a lovely experience. I took my car in for a mechanical service to get a roadworthy. The costs and reasons were outlined, parts were ordered and came in quick, the service cost exactly as specified and I got my roadworthy. Communication was easy throughout. Thank you
