Took my car in for a service as mycar Palmerston, unfortunately I felt like the customer service was quite bad. The front desk person barely spoke, was cheerful or happy, just blunt and plain and seems like he couldn’t wait for us to leave. He didn’t tell me when the boss would be back so how can I get an estimate on how much it’ll cost for the repairs needed that they found. Don’t think I’d go back

had an awesome experience at Mycar Tyre & Auto. The team was professional, honest, and really easy to deal with from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure my car was sorted quickly and properly.
What made the experience excellent was the customer service — the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and you could tell they genuinely cared about doing a great job. The workshop was organised, the work was done on time, and the pricing was fair.
Mycar is doing a great job by focusing on transparency, good communication, and quality workmanship. It’s rare to find a place that makes car servicing feel this easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!

I have been going through Mycar ever since I bought my first car. They have been awesome with fast response and helping out when needed.
