Damaged my car took no responsibility
I took my car for a puncture repair on a rear wheel to receive my car back with the side wall ripped out of the front tyre which then needed replacing. I was told that this was not available and would take 3-4 days and given a quote for the work. I declined and went home to speak to head office which fed me back lies that my car had never been driven by MyCar and that they offered to replace my tyre on the spot and I declined. This was not true and when I called them out on this they refused to take responsibility and dodged my calls and emails. I have taken my car to another place in town who took great care of my car and helped me out with an issue that was not caused by me.
