I recently got all my 4 tyres changed.
I had an issue with one of the tyres and when I went in, they looked at it and resolved it straight away with minimum waiting time. Thank you.

Fast, reliable and very friendly
Was planning on dropping the car off a day early for my service the next day, stay friendly as ever happily squeezed me in and and did my service there and then, lucky, the staff are always accommodating anyways

The people were very knowledgable but...
The people were very knowledgable and very good at what they do. HOWEVER, the mycar website was extremely unhelpful and wrong. It suggested completely wrong tyres for my car even though it picked up my rego and car type correctly.

Mechanic pulled out and misplaced the fuse for headlight causing it not to work. It almost costed me $1k to purchase new headlight unit which wasn’t necessary but was undiagnosed at their centre
