Great service by a great team awsome customer service

Always give competitive quote while booking service. 120000 km service completed in only two hours. Reception and mechanics always very helpful. Forgot to ask for wiper blades to be replaced initially and fixed while processing invoice payment.

Both Shawn and Kaleb were excellent. I am impressed with Kaleb making me coffee.

When we dropped in our car for a service and new tyres, we told the staff member that we’d be in the centre for a few hours so if the car could be ready earlier, we would be appreciative. He mentioned that they were 4 staff down due to training and illness but he’d try his best. We received the call to collect our car just after lunch which was incredible, we certainly didn’t expect that given the lack of staff on the day. The mechanic was so lovely and professional and even gave us a quote for the items needing attention at our next service. Very happy 😊

I had a car service on a Saturday and when I went to drive away it wouldn’t start properly, it didn’t sound right. I went back into the shop and was told I just needed fuel as it was on empty and it would be fine. No one came out to look at it or listen to the sound, note I am a female with zero knowledge of cars. By Tuesday morning the car wouldn’t start, roadside assistance said it was likely the battery and in calling the workshop they said possibly that or O ring, but to bring it in.
I got a jump start, took it in, they replaced the battery and tried to charge me $299. I negotiated down to $135 but the kicker is that even with the new battery it still didn’t start! Meaning it was the O ring which they then replaced.
If my cat had been checked the moment I said it didn’t work I would have avoided losing a whole days work, and purchasing a new battery. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
