Mmm i was a little disappointed as some of my fluid levels were not topped up (Radiator) as i had checked that a week before thinking having it booked in for a service they would do it, lucky i happened to check this week it was still sitting on the below level line i thought a service included checking all fluid levels?

Timely service
Timely service. Great staff. Fantastic result. Car needed more work than anticipated and the team kept me in the loop so I could make a decision. Only issue was the initial quote for a service and two new tyres was about $900 ended up increasing by a few hundred, but cant fault the result.

The team was short a staff member but still finished my car on time on a Friday afternoon. They even tightened my license plate holder in the car park before I left. Great customer service!

mycar @ New Town provided excellent service. The staff are very knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and pleasant to deal with.
I received their complimentary Roadside Assistance & Tyre Care Plan after a log book service & the purchase of 2 new tyres. Also collected some Coles Flybuy points.

Excellent customer service , friendly polite and ensured I was looked after while I was there. Very easy to leave with the team and access multiple shopping experiences while you wait.
