Own up to your mistakes
I put a wheel in for a puncture repair. When I picked it up and took it away the centre of the mag wheel just fell out and I noticed that one of the lugs to hold it in were broken and there was a lump of soft rubber in its place. Upon asking the tyre company about this they said that there fitter noticed that 2 lugs were broken and the rubber compound did not come from them. The cap in question only has 3 lugs to attach and 2 were still present so wrongly informed. Told that whoever fitted the new tyres was most likely responsible. Again misinformed as this company did the tyre replacement previously. I feel that they let me down as anyone else that works on our vehicles( which are many) always notify me of anything they find wrong or broken. No matter who or what has caused it. In the end they did take responsibility and replaced it. I am in the construction repair business and anything we find broken or that we break we notify the client straight away as many other businesses do. It is only right to let the client know of these things.

When I leave my older car at Morley Mycar I have great confidence that the manager will discover any faults. He and I have an understanding that I've given him permission to do what ever is necessary. I had a life time of farming so my confidence in his skill is based on knowledge of vehicles.

Mazda3 front shock absorbers and front tyre replacement.
Dale, the Manager at Morley mycar Tyre & Auto, listened to my concerns and provided solutions and fixed pricing to replace my two front shock absorbers and front tyres, complete with wheel balance and wheel alignment. Great service.

Great service!
First time using My Car Tyre and Auto Morley for a service. Very easy to book online. Friendly and helpful staff when dropping off and picking up. Car was serviced without any issues. Received a text when the car was ready. Would definitely recommend and use again. Such a positive experience compared to where I usually get my car serviced.
