Professional, predictable, honest
They are always predictable and trustworthy at mycar. My experiences with mycar have been good. They are always transparent with the costs and they always check with me for my consent before undertaking any work. My experience with small mechanics workshops has not been great and too unpredictable, which is one of the reasons I started bringing my car to mycar. The staff are professional too. Connor at the Melton branch has great customer service skills, and you can also earn flybuys points as well, which is nice.

Great service as always
Honesty in advising of timeframe for tyre puncture repair, having received the tyre just before closing time, then efficient dealing with the issue, notification, and refitting to the vehicle without issue. Friendly, helpful service always. Our regular place for all things tyres.
