Friendly and Easy Service!
The team were very easy to deal with, was able to drop the car off for the whole day and was contacted when I was available at work to discuss any repairs or concerns with the car.
Very pleased with the experience and will be back again at my next due service :)

Very happy with the quick service
Called in this morning with a possible slow leak in my rear tyre. They looked at it & fixed it straight away for. I really appreciated helping me so quickly.

Exceptional Customer Service
My experience with mycar Tyre and Auto was truly exceptional from start to finish. Initially, I spoke with a team member over the phone, named Karl. Karl took time to listen and understand my specific situation and provided detailed knowledgeable advice, the pricing was fair, which allowed me to book in my vehicle re: change of two front tyre. On arriving at mycar Tyre and Auto in Melton, from the moment I arrived both Connor and another Team Member were welcoming and genuinely interested in addressing my vehicle's needs, the time that the service would be complete, and it was completed efficiently and within the time mentioned. I appreciated the courtesy text on my mobile when the service was completed. I was impressed when both Connor and the other Team Member (my apologies as I do not know this Team Member's name) politely explained that further maintenance would be required re: functionality. I highly recommend this mycar Tyre and Auto in Melton for their integrity, friendless and expertise.

Great communication and car service
Staff were friendly and explained the service and repairs well. Staff were honest about payment options. The service was throughout. The tyre plan and road side assist gives me peace of mind if anything happens. I'm happy I chose My Car. It's great they are close to my area.
