I have been a customer for 2yrs with…
I have been a customer for 2yrs with our 3 family cars, the service on the vehicles has been very good, no problems with the job the lads on the floor do, customer service has been great.
Can I suggest they get a key drop box for cars that have been booked online.
I arrived 15mins before opening and the staff inside the office refused to open the door to take the keys and made me stand outside and wait.
I fully understand its not within the working hours and they arent on the clock till the opening time, however to me as a loyal customer those small things where you can go out of your way to help mean a lot to me.
I will get my vehicle servicing done elsewhere from now on.

Exemption customer service and work on my car.
Staff were amazing went beyond there duty too go over the car for service and to find existing noise when another My car would not follow this up for me.
They found a noise and even videoed on there phone to show me.
The kind caring nature of the men working there explaining it all was amazing. Thank you My Car Marsden

Follow-up on Missed Bulb Replacement During Service
We recently brought our car in for a service and specifically asked for a bulb to be replaced. Unfortunately, it seems that the bulb replacement was not done during the service.
Could you please confirm what happened and arrange for the bulb to be replaced as soon as possible

Brodie and the boys did a great job dealing with my car issue , they kept working on the car until the issue was sorted , were honest and gave me a fair price , that’s why we continue going to the guys with both our cars , thanks for getting the car back on the road .
