Very efficient booking in and did the inspection in good time. The workshop looks very clean and organised.

Just average customer service at the reception desk. I can’t put down the 2 staffs as rude whenI I arrived in the morning. Somehow they could be a bit more friendly. Quite different to other staffs in the past.

However when I returned to pick up my car later in the day they seemed ok.

I got all 4 tires replaced and they were very straight forward, fast and honest and open about all the costs. Love that it's located in the shopping center so you can run errands easily while they work.

I chose mycar over my local Bob Jane T-Mart based on the quality of the report you provided two years ago. Last year, I wasn't impressed with the report provided by Bob Jane T-Mart, hence I returned to mycar. I was most disappointed to hear that a report could not be provided as the printer was down or a report could be sent to me electronically. To their great credit, the technicians spent time and effort to raise my car again so that a reading could be displayed on the computer screen. I had to do with a photo of the screen. Most disappointing!

I booked a 10:30 AM tire replacement with a pick-up time of 11:30 AM. However, the service didn’t even start until 11:47 AM. I also added a wheel alignment for $89. The tire replacement was finished around 12:10 PM, and it seemed like the alignment only took about 5 minutes.

When I asked for the alignment report, they told me the printer was broken and they couldn’t provide any documentation. Overall, the delay and lack of a proper report were quite frustrating and unprofessional.
