Quick information when selecting what to get done on my service. Within 5 days lead time was great. Pricing was competitive. Friendly staff. After hours drop off and collection was very convenient. Only issue was when I collected my vehicle after hours my window was left down and it was raining.

My 2011 Forester required a Cooling Sytem Flush and also a couple of fault codes diagnosed, the team at MyCar Mackay fitted the job in the next day. No hassles, jobs were completed within a couple of hours. Julie and the team are great

The choose was easy being on the north side of Mackay. Booked online through autoguru which was easy and next day service. No issues or concerns.
Excellent service all round but a courtesy vehicle or someone to drop you home would have been great.

Easy process…from online booking to dropping and picking the car up.

The job was completed in quick time no complaints with the work at all, my reason for 4 stars is the attitude of the staff. There are no happy friendly smiling faces to be seen, one young man walking out of one of the bays to retrieve a car was the only one to say Hello and smile, the rest of the guys walk around looking like they are on death row. When I approached two of the staff on arrival and departure to ask a simple question it was such an effort for both, bordering on rudeness. Phone manners are also off, maybe some staff training wouldn't go astray.
