I had my tires changed on 28th May and wheel alignment done, with a report generated. took my car for service 3 days later on 30th May. Got a call that my car required alignment in addition to other work needed. Told him on call that I did alignment 3 days ago, and declined another alignment. During pick up, I asked for an alignment report for proof that the car required alignment. The person told me my tires were wearing out unevenly. A report wasn’t provided. These were 3 day old tires ! Had to wonder if they checked everything based on this

Excellent service and explained everything that needed doing. Only downfall was a air filter was delivered to them the wrong one but they apologised and corrected it within a few days.

Great service

Can't rate My Car Ipswich highly enough. Found time to fit our car in to fix ongoing problem. Ash and all the team were helpful, courteous and continued working on the car until the problem was solved. Didn't charge an arm & leg either. Will I be taking the car back for servicing etc? Bloodoath!!! As someone once said "do yourself a favour."
