mycar Tyre & Auto - Indooroopilly Omdömen

They are very helpful and professional

Dropped off my car early, several hours before the booking appointment, for a change of tyres and wheel balancing.
Told it was ready for pick up, still before my booking appointment time had started.
All work done.

Great professional staff. Good technical service and communications

Ryan has great oversight over this business: he isnt afreaid to pick up the phone and he owns any lapses in their service delivery. It's very refreshing.
I'm also very happy with the fitting of a new a/c compressor and tyres on my vehicle. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a new service centre for my new secondhand car. It is a European model and I was stressed about the warranty etc, and was leaning towards a European service centres. Anyway someone recommended Ryan and I gave it ago. I am so glad I did, the car feels 100%. Thanks team!

Ryan and the team replaced the starter motor in a half day job, so good, thought I would be without a car for at least a day.

Best mechanic in Brisbane, always friendly, fast service and deliver sound advice on what’s need without the unnecessary upselling. I trust MyCar Indooroopilly for the reasons mentioned above and have been using them for several years. Thanks Bryce and team.

My Car service always quick & efficient, and I never feel like they’re going to try to rip me off by adding something I don’t need.

Great service, had a puncture which was fixed in an hour. Helpful staff.

They are professional, book in a timely manner and always call you if extra work needs to be done on the vehicle.
Ryan (the manager) does an excellent job.

We got 4 new tyres fitted and full service at the Indooroopilly store. The staff when booking, dropping the car off, taking me through the final report and invoice were incredibly friendly and gave great feedback. Would highly recommended them. Will definitely be back

Mycar fixed my flat tire on Christmas Eve. Fast service, good price, great communication. Will definitely use again.

Very relieved that finally there’s a place I can go to where there is proper customer service. Very good service in fact!
The gentlemen at Indooroopilly Mycar were very prompt with everything. They said it would take about 1.5 hours and they were spot on. Great service and great value for a great pair of 4 wheels.
