Ended up with the wrong part
Ended up with the wrong part, which I now have to sell, repair not done as I could not afford the correct part, havin paid for incorrect one, service done on my Chery, but not able to turn off the service alert on the car’s computer- not a great outcome!

Spare tyre repaired and didn’t cost a cent!
I needed to get my spare repaired as I recently had a flat tyre.
I popped in expecting something to happen the next week. They said my tyre was still under warranty and lucky enough, they had my tyre in stock. I drove away less than half an hour later with a brand new tyre and didn’t pay a cent. I won’t go anywhere else.

Suprise extras
Booked in for a service, then all of a sudden needed new pads and rotors and a brake service kit? Now, not the first service with you, why wasn't it picked up at last service, did you not check the breaks? If you had then you could have advised us for the next service and given a quote. Now I have lost confidence in your business, I need confidence and trust in my mechanic to keep my family safe.

Received a very warm reception at…
Received a very warm reception at Gladstone. Price was a bit more than l expected, but they adjusted the price to the figure I paid for two tyres ten months ago. Hard to beat that. Very quick doing the fit and rotation. Overall 10 out of 10.
