I had an issue with my car they assessed straight away, provide a quote and was fixed a couple of hours later, staff are always cheery and helpful

Michael was incredible. As a female it is always quite daunting heading to the mechanic, particularly when there are things wrong with your car. Michael explained everything very clearly, and made me feel comfortable. He kept me informed throughout the day and updated on the cost. There was no push to spend, just a recommendation based on safety. I would definitely recommend and I will be back.

We brought our Mazda at 8 am in the morning. The guy called Marcus that we gave the keys to that morning was very unfriendly. He had a really bad attitude. Very unwelcoming. And not helpful at all. Even my teen daughter mentioned to me how unfriendly he was. She went back in the office to get our car unlocked so she could get her bag that she forgot. Marcus seemed irritated.
But later, a different guy also called Marcus who handed us back the keys after the car was done, was super friendly. Made me laugh and was very welcoming. He is the reason why I will keep coming back to mycar Geebung. He turned around all the negative feelings I was feeling about your shop. The 4 stars are all for him. Otherwise, I would have given 1 one star.

I highly recommend you get your car serviced at My Car Geebung. Michael honestly went above and beyond to assist me with my broken down car he managed to get it moving again despite many challenges. I’m so grateful to him and his team for persisting with my mysterious car problems and managing to get me back on the road again!!!!
