Honesty and prompt action.

We used to be your loyalty customer for our three cars but this time it was extremely unacceptable and the guy Sam/Simon was soooo rude - they have caused the service light issue themselves when they fixed the brake light switch for us a month ago but now they are trying to walk away.

They have fixed the brake light switch for us in Oct and accidently made the service light on. They promised that they would fix the service light when I come back to do the yearly service in Nov/Dec. I agreed at that time as I didn't have to go twice and they also confirmed nothing wrong just a service light on and this can be fixed together with the service done in Nov/Dec.

This week we have paid over a thousand dollars for service and brake pads replacement for our Holden 868vxk however we found the service light is still on. We called them and they agreed they should fix service light on issue, we went back to the store however they suddenly changed by saying that there is a cam solenoid issue caused the service light on problem and we need to pay another $500ish (with a hard copy of quote) to fix it. We have explained the history of this service light on issue (it was Jack/Jackie made the service light on while fixing our brake switch back in Oct and advised us to come back in Nov/Dec), but Simon/Sam was becoming very rude and unacceptable, blaming my wife, refused to take the phone call (I was on the phone, my wife was on site) etc. We had to then explain to another staff James. James has had a check on my car and advised that this won't be the cam solenoid issue at all, it is a wrong model of break switch they have installed back in Oct and made the service light on. James have then ordered the parts and we went back to the store the third time within a week to have a right part model installed.

Guess what, they have tried the new parts today but service light is still on and they are trying to walk away by advising us that YOU GO TO HOLDEN DEALER YOURSELF TO FIX IT.

They have also made other mistakes on my car in Oct e.g. fog light relay. I was told the relay is failed but it is still working fine now.

Great service. Had a blowout with a tire and they fitted in my repair quickly that afternoon!!

I saw they replied said sorry and MAY investigate. You should investigate if you REALLY CARE ABOUT a post loyalty customer.

Horrible Management at MyCar Garden City

Openly scams young women and gives you no option to pay for expensive products when they haven't received permission to do this. Horrible customer service when contacted regarding this and was hung up on 2 times before another worker was polite and civil. Was talked down to and talked to as if I was an idiot by Simon the manager. Have warned people to steer clear

I was given good advice in regards to a service. They accommodated my later service time to suit me.
The service has made my RAV 4 feel like new.

I call up on saturday to organize a tyre replace for monday . The staff on the phone was helpful and quickly book me in and send me the quote . From my understanding is that I am book in for monday but when i turn up on monday morning I been told that there is no booking for me . I show them the emil but the staff told me the emil is a quote only and to book in for monday i need yo call on monday to book . What system is this ?

fast service, friendly staff.

I had a sudden mechanical issue with my car as I was entering the shopping centre where MYCAR is situated . I took it straight in and explained my situation and the problem was resolved within 24hrs . It was dealt with swiftly and professionally.

4 stars because I almost never give 5 stars to anyone on principle.
MyCar was great. They are efficient, you know what is going to happen and when, and they stick to it.
I appreciated that they listened to me, explained and remediated some potential transmission issues I was having, when other repairers were dismissive and said there was nothing wrong. The clutch feels much better now.

I just had my annual car service done plus changing the brake pads. I am totally satisfied with job done. Furthermore, the counter officers were very knowledgeable and helpful. They competently answer all the questions I posed to them. The free Roadside Assistance Policy is a welcome bonus.
